Designing and Presenting a Comprehensive Talent Assessment Strategy or Validation Plan
Capstone Preparation & Project Presentations
A defining feature of the Certified Talent Assessment & Selection Professional (TASP)™ program is the opportunity for participants to apply their learning in a practical, real-world project. The capstone experience ensures that knowledge gained in the sessions translates into demonstrable skills and portfolio-ready outcomes.
Capstone Preparation
Throughout the program, participants are guided toward designing a comprehensive talent assessment strategy or validation plan. To support this process, three dedicated Capstone Working Sessions are built into the schedule.
-
These sessions provide structured time for participants to collaborate in groups or work individually on their projects.
-
Faculty facilitators are available to answer questions, provide coaching, and give interim feedback.
-
The working sessions ensure participants progress steadily and have the resources needed to deliver high-quality projects.
Capstone Project Presentations
The program culminates in two Capstone Showcase Days, where participants formally present their projects:
-
Each individual or group is allocated 25 minutes (approximately 15-17 minutes for the presentation and 8-10 minutes for Q&A and feedback).
-
Presentations simulate a real-world executive or client briefing, requiring participants to clearly articulate their process, findings, and recommendations.
-
Feedback is provided by program instructors and peers, reinforcing strengths and identifying areas for continued growth.
-
The showcase format not only validates the participant’s mastery but also builds confidence in communicating technical insights to business audiences.
Upon successful completion of the presentations and evaluation, participants are awarded the Certified TASP™ credential and recognized as professionals capable of leading assessment and selection strategies at the highest level.
