Program Structure
LEAD Forward™ includes seven dynamic modules plus a capstone project. Each session is packed with tools, strategies, and interactive learning that align with our three leadership pillars.
The program is delivered in virtual, in-person, or hybrid formats to fit your learning style and schedule. Sessions include hands-on activities, reflection, peer learning, and live facilitation. Private cohorts are available for organizations.
