EPIC Program Outline
The EPIC program is thoughtfully structured to maximize learning and impact over a concise timeline. Designed to cater to the busy schedules of church leaders, the program is divided into three distinct segments, each focused on different but complementary aspects of leadership and community engagement.

Segment Details:
-
Segment One: Lays the foundation with a focus on personal development and understanding cultural competency.
-
Segment Two: Builds on the initial learnings by integrating practical applications and community outreach strategies.
-
Segment Three: Culminates in the refinement of strategies and techniques, preparing participants for effective implementation.
Session Frequency:
Each segment includes biweekly sessions, allowing participants adequate time between sessions to reflect, apply their learnings in their community contexts, and prepare for subsequent sessions. This biweekly arrangement ensures that participants can engage deeply with the content without overwhelming their schedules.

Post-Program Sessions:
Following the conclusion of the three main segments, the EPIC program extends support through three post-program sessions. These sessions are designed to help participants consolidate their gains, address emerging challenges, and plan for sustainable impact. Scheduled over the three months following the program's conclusion, each monthly session provides an opportunity for participants to reconnect with facilitators and peers, review their progress, and refine their strategies.

This comprehensive structure ensures that participants not only gain immediate insights and skills but also receive ongoing support to successfully implement what they have learned, fostering lasting change in their ministries and communities.
