Exchange Policy
If you need to exchange an item, please email us at info@thirdeyesynergy.com within 7 days of your product delivery date with your order number and reason for exchange.
Exchange Requirements:
✅ The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition
✅ All original tags and packaging must be intact
✅ The exchange request must be made within 7 days of delivery
How to Process an Exchange:
- Email info@thirdeyesynergy.com with your order details and exchange request.
- Once approved, you will receive instructions for returning the item.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to a defect or order error on our part.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process the exchange and ship the replacement.
Final Sale Items
Certain items, such as limited-edition drops, clearance items, or customized orders, are final sale and cannot be exchanged.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us at info@thirdeyesynergy.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we will resolve it promptly.
